  “We moved into our Homestead Oak modular home in December of 2000. We had to replace part of our roof 2 summers ago. This summer we are spending $5,000 to replace all of the windows. I do not believe that these are things that we should have to do during our first ten years in a home. Additionally, my ceiling has water spots near the perimeter and my husband is going to have to spend a weekend this summer blowing extra insulation up under the eaves. We feel that our home was poorly crafted and do not recommend this company.”
