  “We have yet to move into our home as it had leaning walls & windows that wouldn't shut because weren't level in wall. Cabinets with faulty wood, carpets were stained and had holes in it. Were suppose to have it in Oct. 15 2014 didn't arrive to the ranch until Dec. 10,2014 It is now Feb. 25,2015 when I write this. If any one would like to see pictures of what we are dealing with I would be more than happy to share. Call 406-775-6421. And just like Bonnie Coulter our only ace in the hole is the Iseman Homes rep. we purchased it from.”

  “I disagree, The magnolia home I have seen are the best built. The do the thing that you cant see that make a big difference. It is sooooo well built. We love it and all the upgrades. We also love all the people at ISEMAN HOMES.”

  “We moved into our new home March 7, the first night we lost power in 1/2 of the kitchen, the next day lost power in the hallway and the bedroom, we are still having problems and Sunday April 3, the kitchen drawers fell down-our problem has not been remedied yet, and our response from management has been rude and accusing-it seems to be our fault. Fortunately our sales Person from Brannon Homes- Brian has been very good about trying to help us. THINK twice before you go to Magnolia Homes -Gering.”
