  “I know these reviews are old I just moved in here and am thinking this was a big mistake!...first I think it's too much..she gave a high end rate but I needed a place as I had to move back home from California and had nowhere to go ..I'm ok with my rent..but dont call with an issue they cant be bothered..the little witch behind the desk..Meghan, just acts like ur a huge bother and nothin gets done..this place was filthy oven black..drawers caked with hair in the bathroom...drains plugged..water heater making noises,
  
  nothing maintained..although new carpet so on surface looked good..haveto have a mail box key orderedby post office..which she failed to tell me but it's not her problem..now I cant get my mail till after holidays and gifts inside..I really have to stay on top of rent because these ___holes won't cut a break..the main manager is not friendly, never returns calls..hope they're not slumlords..if you're thinking of here..might want to keep lookin..wish I had..”

  “manager never returns your call...but calls you when he wants money...never fix things...dont follow the rules...this park sucks bad...ive been late on my rent and left messages for him to call me back never did...he doesnt want to hear the reason why my rent is late...all he is worried about is the money and not the tenants...i am trying to move out of here now...i cant wait...so people who is thinking about coming here...not good..turn around and go somewhere else...please”

  Reviewer: Never Again!!

  “Property Manager is very shady. Trys to extort money from the tenants. Ignores rules of contract. Homes are repaired with tape and nails. Example: Instead of replacing a door with a huge hole in it, it is reapired by placing a mirror over it and sold to next owner. Property Manager is very arrogant. Not a person you want to give your money too. STAY AWAY!!!”
