  “I must say the place has gone under a transistion phase. They have new management and maintence staff that work really hard to make this a beautiful and safe community. This place is above and beyond the other mobile home communities I have lived in and would recommend anyone to check this place out. Every place has it's problems....but says alot when they go the extra mile to correct them and this place does. thank you”

  “lady you must be out of your mind people the same one's still work in that office that lady is lying on here word get's around quick so why did you only give them 2 star's Renee i woildn't let my dog move in there and it's like being in a boot camp in there and unhappy your absouletely right stay out of there it's no place to live.”

  “yes you want to watch out for management she will put like 30 grand on your credit and you gave her the property back i found out from my attorney sherre' mullins that she can't do that either she is crooked as they come she in 9/2009 had us pay rent 3 times and she can not do that one either me and my husband are filing bankruptcy and the money will go to the owner of that mobile home community not to her.”

  “I just got off the phone with Shauna at the office and was treated very rudely. I did ask about a home that had recently been ruduced by private sale. I now know why the seller is so eager to get away from this property. I will no longer contact this establishment for purchase. I do recomend any buyer to do a secret shopper aproach and do test the patience of the rep with many questions.”

  “They prefer to leave their roads untreated so that no one can get in or out of the park. They also do not take care of their people. The house that we live in was filled with mold when we moved in and the roof and floors were water damaged. All of these things they knew about and neglected to tell us. i would recommend staying away from this place!”

  “We have lived here for 2 years because we are on contract. I agree that management used to be horrible, but in defense of Avon Lakes, the new management is awesome and works well with their people here. It has done a complete turn around and it is not as bad as it is made out to be!”

  “well i have something to say about the landlord she is the cause of why we moved all she did was complain about my dog and about a Halloween decoration that was to big we got moved on a false pretenses you pay property taxes every month there.Neighbors getting other neighbors in trouble with the landlord lying and they have no license at all why are they still in business or unless the licensing board came them to them they need new management and hire new help to work there who will run that place right and lay off the buyer's”

  “well we moved in and they agreed to fix the air a month ago the guy came and pumped and ran which is illegal. only cooled one day. went back a week later and complained the guy came and said he'd be back the next day that was a week ago still no sign of him and it's 98 deg in here and it's still only June. don't come here they wont honor their end of the bargain”
