“It is one of the nicest & least expensive manufactured home parks around! Management is caring & helpful! If you grumpy people, who knitpick about every little, aren't happy, then please move! It's the few of you, who are ruining our nice neighborhood! Nobody's forcing you to live there!”

“but they must not really need the money. They're offering $100 to anyone who will give their e-mail address to the park manager (so they can find out who's writing these negative but candid reviews). Let's see, if I've done my math right, with over 350 homes, that's $35,000 dollars they've got sitting around that they don't really need, yet they've got the gall to raise our rent again for the fifth time in five years, in the middle of the worst recession this country's ever seen. So apparently they're not just insensitive but they've got a sick sense of humor, too.”

“In looking through these reviews, I felt compelled to write. Except for the review by J. Worley, the others are lying about the conditions in Greenview Estates. This is one of the most beautiful communities in the Belvidere-Rockford area. I have lived here over 10 years and have never known the current manager to be anything but kind, attentive and willing to help, even when it isn't her job to help. She has helped me with a water problem at 11pm at night, she has helped my neighbor at 6am on the weekend. She makes herself available more than the previous management of the park. The park is quiet and beautiful, and if you contact the Belvidere Police Dept., you'll hear from them that Greenview is one of the safest neighborhoods in Belvidere.”

“Water, sewer and garbage pick-up? No pool, no clubhouse, no playground, no jogging path, no tornado shelter, no response to complaints of neighbors with trash in their lawns and junk cars in their driveways. No thanks.”

“The manager is crabby and incompetent, crime is becoming a problem, and nothing is being done about residents whose properties are falling apart. Check out Four Seasons Mobile Home Park in Belvidere instead.”

“Take a drive in the park, stop and talk to the people, most will tell you this park is mis-managed. Stop by the office if your lucky it might be open. The manager lives in the office with her family, try doing bussiness with crying kids. Your questions and complaints go unanawered, Think Twice.”

“This is a gorgeous park!!! We moved here from the St. Louis area and have been amazed at how helpful the management and maintenance staff have been. I don't know who wrote the other review, but it sounds to me like they just didn't get their way. The grounds are beautiful, the manager has helped us even in the evenings, and the lot rent is very reasonable. We love it here!”

“This property used to be nice 6 or 7 years ago but has been really poorly managed since then. Management is totally unresponsive, complaints go unanswered and the place is really starting to look crummy. All they do is raise the rent and make empty promises that never get acted on. Do yourself a favor and skip it.”
