  “The mobile home park is now under new management, yet it is still within the family. New owner is neither from the local area, nor cares for the current depleted economy for said area.
  
  Cheap housing it is, but lest ye be late on any expenses due this landlord for there is a 0 tolerance level for tardiness. Not only will you be evicted, but will also be served with court actions for the remainder of the lease.
  
  Maintenance is grossly over worked and the office staff is clinically moronic.
  
  Shouldn't even be a star, should be a black hole...
  
  There are simply better options and more accommodating folks to rent from than this guy.”
