  “I went in on a Saturday and gave her a check for 80.00 and the next morning on Saturday she called and said I was not approved. I did a stop payment on the check right away. She did not even have a chance to check it. I am a retired corrections and police officer and I have a retirement coming every month. I have know criminal backgroung and my credit is trying to come back after having breast cancer surgery and stomach surgery and I had a foreclosure but it was sold and I had countrywide take it off my credit report. I am in love with a couple of trailers there but Tabitha will not let anyone in. I am making good money now working at Tracfone Wireless and I want to get out of this apt. I have been paying 1000 a month for a 1 bedroom and that is crazy. Please tell someone to get them to clean up there act or help me howard will make them look like trash.”

  “The leasing office is very far from being polite & professional. The new leasing manager is very rude and biast. I suggest that people look elsewhere for module/mobile homes. When my family moved there we thought that it would be a great place to raise our chidren and meet couples our age. There is nothing but segration with race & ethnicity and the neighboorhood is full of backstabbers. Paradise Island is the place to go. What's with all the stupid rules with informing the office if an individual stays over for more than 24 hours? My brother in law stays over for a night and that's a problem but there are always multiple cars at other address for weeks or months at a time.”
