  “be very cautious before buying from this dealer. We have had nothing but problems with the home and with the ground prep and set up. We paid 4 payments before they even brought the home to us. Also they will have you sign a binding arbitration agreement which means you can not take them to court if they don't do what they said they would at the time of purchase. There are other families that have had similar problems with them. Please talk to people in Dunlap and Pikeville communities before you decide to purchase a Wheeler home. We don't want anyone else to have to go through the nightmare we all presently are.”
