  “Weeds and blowing trash from the entry and into the park. Park maintenance over all seemed very lacking with Lawns needing to be mowed badly. \nCould not seem to catch a manager or even a laborer anywhere in the park for over a week. Reported to be out of the park on business? All weekday mornings?”

  “We just had to reroof our 10 yr old Palm Harbor home. The worst sub-roofing ever. My contractor has never seen such bad work. Rotted roofing, big gaps, roofing installed in wrong direction. In one spot the roof does not even touch the wall! It is 3 inches short. Mold in interior wall now. ”

  “nothing inclusive other than the air you breath, lease's way to high , property value also about $ 75,000 over value per lot community center is more for the sales office , pool is not what was offered also too small not a good choice for investment. to many resale homes in the trailer park . makes you wonder whats wrong ”
