American Home Centers
BEST SERVICES!!!
“I purchased my Modular home from Mat at American Home Centers and was very well informed how the process of building my home would occur. I have lived in my home for 4 months now and love it! I would recommend this KIT dealer over any others by far!!! Even after I purchased my home I still hear from my favorite sales person from time to time to see how things are going with my home. Thank you American Home Centers and Thank you again Mathew!!!” -

Pierce Rvs
Pierce Homes / Montana Modular
“The following is my opinion, based on my experience buying a home from Pierce via their Montana Modular Homes group.\n1) Buying the home was easy and the service was second to none. Tom Reed was superior.\n2) Delivery and setup was great. Tom did a great job!\n3) Everything went downhill after that, when Lana Hanley and Ron Neibauer got involved. Getting the punch list closed was a terrible experience.\n4) Getting warranty work completed was a joke. Months of continued calls to Ron (and him to Lana) resulted in an incomplete closure of warranty items. In the end, they simply ducked their obligations.\n\nNET: Great home -- with extraordinarily poor service after the sale.\n\nI hope my opinion - based on my experience - helps others avoid a similar outcome.” -

Worst experience ever
“This was the worst experience ever - purchasing and land site development was so-so -but the main problem was getting them to do the repairs. The man came out once right after installation and then said if we wanted anything else done under warranty, we needed to pay for it.”
