Hardin County Mobile Home Supply “The level of customer service here is unbelievably poor. I drove 50 miles to get here and called and begged them to stay open a few extra minutes becuase traffic had been terrible. When I pulled in the lot they were locking the door and refused to help me, The individual I spoke with, who I assume from the content of the conversation was the owner, told me his help refused to stay and he had a prior engagement somewhere else. He also told me it was already 5:32pm, implying that he had done all he could by remaining there an extra two minutes. I actually cancelled a reservation to take my wife out for the weekend because I managed to get someone to come help me for the weekend with my project. The result of all this: my weekend ruined, all plans cancelled, further delays in my FHA loan. Unfortunately it was very obvious to me that the individual I spoke with could have cared less. It will be against your best interests to shop here.”

Red Sun Homes Incorporated “We purchased a double wide home from Red-Sun of Albany in the summer of 2007. At the time of setting up, we were assured the footers would be poured on solid ground. That did not happen. My husband called their attention to the fact and their answer was, we have met the code. Now the dirt around the footer is washed away leaving our home on hardly any foundation on one end. Now we have a screen door on the patio door that will not close properly. The door had fallen out and got damanged within a couple months of moving into the home. Our salesperson informed us that it was fixed and sort of brushed the whole problem off. Our front storm door blew off in some wind. After calling the dealership and waiting three or four days, we purchased a door and installed it ourselves. Our salesperson said we didn't give him time to get the door. He NEVER called to tell us what the plans were going to be. A storm door was needed quickly. It took 6 months to get the screen door in question - we couldn't wait that long for a front door. We have had MANY other problems that were not resolved to our satisfaction. I would not recommend Red-Sun Homes of Albany or Russel Springs to anyone. Our home was ordered with many extras or it may not have held up this long.”
