  “not even 4 years old, our molding is still falling apart, we have cool sealed but still have leaks because of the nails not put on the shingles, now. go figure, our siding is falling apart....new home center is now the place to buy of home, double wide, like we did. they do not stand by their word...they get the money and run with it and leave you to take care of any of the mistakes they have left you with. fire alarms...that's a lol to them with live oaks...”

  Suburban Manufactured Homes

  “My husband and I were debating between purchasing a manufactured home or having a new, brick home built. Looking at numerous, varying factors, we felt that the manufactured home would give us more bang for our buck. Our salesperson was Lindsay. She was very prompt, punctual and helpful every step of the way. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and smooth process. We purchased our home in 2008, which was brand spanking new. Actually, it wasn't even built yet when we closed on our mortgage so we got to choose our colors and trim before construction. The whole process was fairly quick, totaling about a month. To this very day, when we have new company over, people are still amazed at how beautiful our home is and they can hardly believe a manufactured home could look so nice. Even with returning guests, we still get the awe reaction. In addition, at 2300 sq. ft., 4BD/2BR, a family room, den and laundry room and a gorgeous Master suite, paying a mortgage of only 500.00 a month is a STEAL!!! Trying to get those specs in a brick home would probably be triple or at least double that at the very least! I will certainly recommend!”
